1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the gamph website (https://gamph.cam), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 2.3 Account Registration Requirements: To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must verify your account by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three (3) months.

2.4 One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with gamph. You agree to notify gamph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. gamph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method and volume of requests. Bank transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are processed within 1-2 hours after approval. gamph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or suspicious withdrawals.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: gamph complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds and the legitimacy of transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.

3.6 Wagering Requirements on Deposits: To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests can be approved. Failure to meet this requirement may result in withdrawal denial or account closure.

Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will have their account closed, all bonuses and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules and Game-Specific Terms

5.1 Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective sports governing bodies and the official results as determined by gamph. In the event of a dispute, gamph's decision is final. Bets on canceled, postponed, or abandoned events will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

All content on the gamph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and trademarks, is the property of gamph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from gamph.

9. Limitation of Liability

gamph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if gamph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law. You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using the services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
